Justin Amos Global Trading & Market Structure Justin Amos has more than 18 years experience in global financial markets and an in-depth understanding of front-office and trading technologies as well as the regulatory, business, and strategic impact of changes in market structure. Mr. Amos is the co-founder and former COO of Redkite Financial Markets, the real-time, cloud-based trade surveillance platform that helps clients be more responsive to regulatory challenges and timelines while lowering deployment costs. Prior to Redkite, he held multiple roles at JP Morgan in New York, London, and Tokyo. While there, he successfully led a number of cross-asset, global markets trading and technology projects and built out and supported the global equities trading platform. In his role at NICE Actimize, following the acquisition of Redkite, Mr. Amos will use his experience in electronic trading technologies and hosted service delivery to provide clients with increased flexibility, better regulatory coverage, and lower deployment costs through advanced trading compliance cloud services.
Stephen Anikewich Capital Markets Compliance Stephen Anikewich is Head of U.S. Compliance for NICE Actimize and responsible for business development of the institutional risk platform; he provides consulting support to help Actimize clients meet their compliance and business needs. He is an expert in the Capital Markets Compliance industry, with more than 30 years of compliance experience and a passion for the investment banking business. Prior to joining Actimize, Mr. Anikewich worked as an independent consultant for investment banks, law firms, enterprise risk management vendors and other financial institutions. He was previously a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer with UBS Investment Bank.
Trevor Barritt European Compliance & AML Trevor Barritt is Head of Compliance for NICE Actimize Europe and ensures clients’ business and regulatory needs are met with Actimize’s suite of Brokerage Compliance and AML solutions. Mr. Barritt has 20 years experience as a Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer; he worked at the Financial Services Authority (the UK regulator) and in the compliance departments of CIBC, ING, CSFB and Morgan Stanley. He has authored ICA Compliance textbooks and also lectures and acts as an examiner for ICA compliance qualifications. Mr. Barritt speaks regularly at conferences, has written articles for Compliance Executive and OpRisk & Compliance and served on the LIBA Market Abuse Committee.
Pini Ben-Or Fraud Risk Management Analytics and Operations Pini Ben-Or has more than 20 years experience in financial risk management, consulting, analytics, and R&D, having worked with global financial institutions including Washington Mutual, Digitas, American Express, and now NICE Actimize. At American Express he was involved with the development and implementation of the first world-wide, transaction-based risk models, which have served as the baseline for today's dominant card fraud detection systems. Additionally, throughout his career, Mr. Ben-Or has led the development of large-scale, value-based operational and marketing optimization tools to help adapt operational research algorithms for optimizing risk controls; these tools have been increasingly used in the risk management field across financial institutions around the world. Mr. Ben-Or holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Columbia University and a Bachelors of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Philosophy from The Hebrew University.
Joe Bognanno AML & Financial Crime Technology Management Joseph Bognanno is Director of AML Product Marketing for NICE Actimize, and works with financial institutions to identify effective practices to mitigate money laundering and other financial crime risks. Mr. Bognanno has more than 18 years of experience in financial services and technology specific to AML/CFT initiatives. He has provided training, technical assistance, and guidance to both public and private sectors in over 40 countries in roles such as U.S. Treasury Senior Advisor on Economic Crimes, U.S. Treasury Attaché liaison to the South American FATF, and Director of Financial Crime Consulting for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. As an AML subject matter expert, he speaks at various industry events, notably ACAMS and FATF Plenaries, and has provided expert AML/CFT commentary to a number of international publications. Mr. Bognanno is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and has an M.S. in Information and Telecommunication Systems for Business from The Johns Hopkins University.
Joram Borenstein Financial Crime & Fraud Management Joram Borenstein (CISSP, CISA) is Vice President of Marketing at NICE Actimize, and a recognized expert in financial crime, anti-fraud, payments protection, consumer identity protection, risk management, IT audit, and compliance. Mr. Borenstein has more than 15 years of experience in compliance and risk management, product marketing, corporate development, and business development from previous roles at RSA/EMC, Unicorn Solutions (acquired by IBM), and VCIX. He has instructed financial regulators from the FDIC, OCC, OTS, Federal Reserve, and NCUA and has spoken at dozens of industry events including Cloud Security Alliance, NACHA Payments, Association for Finance Professionals, RSA, and American Bankers Association. Frédéric Boulier EMEA Capital Markets Compliance & AML Frédéric Boulier is Director of Compliance for NICE Actimize in the EMEA region. Mr. Boulier has extensive knowledge of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets industry, having worked for over 15 years in the fields of internal audit, compliance, AML and fraud. He has held a variety of positions, including Compliance & AML Officer in the Global Banking and Markets division of HSBC in Europe, Investigator for the French securities regulator (the AMF), Foreign Exchange salesperson for the Deutsche Bank Group and Internal Auditor for the SCOR Group in Asia. Mr. Boulier often speaks at industry conferences and to the press, sharing his in-depth knowledge of the banking regulations in EMEA. He holds a Master's degree in Management from Edhec business school in Lille (France).
Ted Crooks Fraud Risk and Profitability Management Ted Crooks is a contributing member of the Fraud Product Management team at NICE Actimize, specializing in the Card Fraud prevention solutions. During his 20 years of innovating new technology and products for fraud detection, Mr. Crooks has worked with every major bank card issuer in the US and with leading banks in 12 other countries. He began his analytics career at HNC Inc., where he served as the first product manager for the Falcon product, now offered by Fair Isaac (FICO). He joined FICO after its acquisition of HNC and served as FICO's VP Global Fraud Solutions. Most recently, Mr. Crooks led Global Analytics' development of systems for compromise risk management at MasterCard. He has written three software texts and holds seven patents in robotics, fraud detection, credit risk management, and Internet security and has several other pending patents.

Prior to joining NICE Actimize, Mr. Wilhelm was a senior analyst at Aite Group, LLC, and is a recognized fraud management thought leader for his pioneering research on the Fraud Management Lifecycle Theory.
