Amir Orad

President & Chief Executive Officer

Amir Orad, President and Chief Executive Officer of NICE Actimize, leads the company's corporate vision, strategy, and execution.  Previously at Actimize, Mr. Orad held the roles of President of Americas, EVP Product Management and Business Development, and Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Orad is a thought leader and renowned expert in the areas of financial crime, cyber security, payments, and authentication.  Prior to Actimize, Mr. Orad was a co-founder and EVP Marketing of Cyota Inc., an online security and anti-fraud company that was acquired by RSA Security for $145MM in 2005. Following the acquisition, he was Vice President of Marketing at RSA. Mr. Orad holds an MBA from Columbia University's executive program (Beta Gamma Sigma) and a BS in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University.


Yaron Shohat

Chief Operations Officer

Yaron Shohat, Chief Operating Officer and Israel Managing Director of NICE Actimize, oversees the company's technical operations, including global R&D, customer support, hosting and IT, analytics, and the Office of the CTO. He brings extensive expertise in the areas of fraud prevention, electronic payments, cybercrime, information security, and systems integration. Prior to Actimize, Mr. Shohat was general manager of RSA's Online Threats Business Unit where he owned the development, delivery, and operations of various fraud and cybercrime prevention solutions. Previously, he was VP of Professional Services at Cyota where he was responsible for implementation and post implementation account management of the company's anti-fraud solution. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shohat managed large scale software development teams responsible for developing complex mission-critical defense systems and implementing them on a wide range of platforms. Mr. Shohat holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.


Edward Sander

Chief Product Officer

Edward Sander, Chief Product Officer of NICE Actimize, oversees the company's product management, product marketing, and business development functions and is responsible for Actimize's overall solution strategy. He brings a decade of global enterprise software experience for high-growth markets, with expertise in portfolio management and new product development across analytics, audit-compliance, business process management, and customer relationship management solutions for the banking, insurance, energy, and life sciences markets. Prior to joining Actimize, Mr. Sander was Senior Vice President, Product Marketing at IntraLinks, where he led the organization's enterprise product strategy and accelerated its highly successful IPO in 2010, by doubling the company's solution portfolio and tripling its addressable market.  He was also formerly Vice President, New Product Introduction at SAP, as well as Global Director, Product Marketing for its entire CRM product line. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at PeopleLink and Monster Worldwide, pre and post-IPO.  Mr. Sander holds an MS degree from Columbia University's Technology Management program.


Beth Gaspich

Chief Financial Officer

Beth Gaspich, Chief Financial Officer of NICE Actimize, leads the company's financial and business operations.  Ms. Gaspich has more than twenty years of combined experience in the software and financial services industry.  Prior to joining Actimize, she was Chief Financial Officer for Archive Systems, Inc., a privately held document management software provider.  She has also served as VP of Finance at RiskMetrics Group, Inc., a risk management software company. Ms. Gaspich was one of the founding members of RiskMetrics Group and assisted in taking the company through a successful public offering on the NYSE in January 2008. Previously, Ms. Gaspich has held several other senior positions throughout her career at large global financial institutions, including JP Morgan and Price Waterhouse.  Ms. Gaspich holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Missouri.


Keith Perry

Global Vice President, Head of Professional Services

Keith Perry brings to NICE Actimize over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and risk management software space, with a focus in developing and instituting global best practices for professional services and delivery excellence in strategic solution areas. Most recently, Mr. Perry served as Head of Professional Services at SAS, leading both the U.S. Financial Services Industry Group and the U.S. Risk Practice, the latter of which he launched and led from inception.  He has also held roles as Senior Vice President of Technology at Wells Fargo and Wachovia.  Mr. Perry holds a BS/BA in Information Systems from Appalachian State University.


Nigel Broda

Vice President of Sales, EMEA

Nigel Broda is Vice President of Sales, managing sales and account management teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Broda has over 30 years of international experience in leading multiple product and sales teams in the financial services sector, with specific expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS), business development, global sales and account management, technology and solution sales, and more. He has held management positions in banking and executive roles in technology companies such as IBM, Microfocus, and Intralinks. Mr. Broda holds an MBA in International Business and Finance and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.


Yaron Hertz

Vice President of Sales, Americas

Yaron Hertz is Vice President of Sales, managing sales and account management teams across North, Central, and Latin America. In his previous role as Vice President of Business Development at NICE Actimize, he led a global team that fostered revenue-generating relationships with strategic partners and alternative business channels, opening new markets and regions. Mr. Hertz has more than a decade of experience in cybercrime, fraud, risk, and compliance technology. Prior to NICE Actimize, he held executive and leadership roles in sales management as well as business, channel, and partner development at technology and security firms such as RSA Security, Cyota, and Emblaze Systems. Mr. Hertz is a former attorney and holds an LLB from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.


Shimon Zeldner

Vice President of Sales, Asia-Pacific and Security

Shimon Zeldner is Vice President of Sales, managing sales and account management teams across Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Zeldner also overlooks NICE Actimize business in the Government and Security sectors worldwide. He brings more than 25 years of relevant experience of software implementations and professional consulting in the banking sector and was previously Vice President and Head of NICE Actimize Professional Services in EMEA and APAC, leading it from its creation to a mature and successful organization. Prior to joining Actimize, Mr. Zeldner was Vice President of Account Management for Surecomp, managing client relationships and overlooking trade finance and payments projects at tier-1 financial institutions worldwide. Mr. Zeldner holds a Masters in Computer Science and Business Administration.


Nurit Shiber

Vice President, Human Resources 

Nurit Shiber, VP of Human Resources at NICE Actimize, is responsible for leadership development, recruiting, performance management, compensation, and benefits across all Actimize offices worldwide.  Ms. Shiber has more than 11 years of global experience in human resources management and organizational development.  Prior to joining Actimize, she led Human Resources for The Enterprise NICE group at NICE Systems. Previously, Ms. Shiber worked for Amdocs, where she successfully led the Emerging Markets group foray into Asia Pacific, East Europe, CALA, and Africa. Ms. Shiber holds a BA in Psychology and Communications and an MA in Organizational Psychology from the University of Haifa in Israel.
