Dr. Shailendra Singh is a PhD-qualified subject matter expert with over 18 years of experience in financial market surveillance, regulatory technology, and capital markets compliance. He currently serves as Subject Matter Expert – Market Regulation at NICE Actimize, where he designs enterprise-grade surveillance frameworks for global exchanges and financial institutions. His cross-asset expertise spans equities, F&O, fixed income, FX, OTC, and crypto markets, with deep, hands-on command of MiFID II, MAR, FINRA and emerging digital asset regulatory regimes.

A recognized innovator, he holds 3 US patents in AI-driven fraud detection and surveillance and has published peer-reviewed research in ABDC-B ranked journals alongside a book chapter on capital market fraud.
