Cindy Morgan-Olson drives NICE Actimize’s global PR and Analyst Relations efforts, spearheading collaborations with top-tier industry analyst firms like Celent, Chartis Research, Datos Insights, Everest, Forrester, Gartner, IDC Financial Insights, Opimas and QKS Group. Under her guidance, the company has garnered numerous accolades—earning leadership positions across ratings reports in critical areas such as anti-money laundering, enterprise fraud, trade and communications surveillance, KYC and artificial intelligence.
Beyond her analyst relations prowess, Cindy champions the NICE corporate awards program, celebrating groundbreaking innovations in financial crime prevention and contact center technology. Over the years, her efforts have contributed to hundreds of awards and recognitions, helping to solidify NICE’s reputation as an industry trailblazer.
With over two decades of experience in both agency and corporate PR, Cindy has orchestrated campaigns for leading B2B technology and financial services giants like Gartner, Deloitte and others. She’s a prolific ghostwriter, contributing to major publications such as the Financial Times and Forbes, and her past work has earned her several Silver Anvil Awards for outstanding B2B campaigns. Little-known fact: she started as an editor in the consumer electronics industry, managing a monthly publication and a daily at the Consumer Electronics Show, at one point serving as a founding editor for a European publication which she did from a base in Brussels, Belgium.
