Danny Butvinik is the Chief Data Scientist at NICE Actimize, providing technical and professional leadership. Danny is an expert in artificial intelligence and data science. In his current role, he manages a large group of data scientists, and contributes to the growth of innovation and to intellectual property of the company. Danny has over 15 years of research, development and management experience in data science and software development. Danny is the author of multiple scientific articles and papers. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science, a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a MSc. in Mathematics and Computer Science. For his Ph.D., Danny’s main research focuses on online incremental machine learning and anomaly detection in data streams. Danny’s hobbies include solving mathematical puzzles, storytelling and traveling.
