Ross Hammett has worked in the analytics and financial service industries for over thirty years. Having worked directly for several major global financial services institutions, software vendors and partner institutions, Ross has strong experience of helping organisations to access, manage, analyze and report on data to aid their decision-making processes and gain value from their data assets. Working mainly within professional services, Ross’ background includes implementation management, business development and programme management. He is an expert in planning and delivering large analytic, data and business intelligence transformational software solutions and data driven/change management programmes.
Since joining NICE Actimize, Ross has worked as a Programme Manager reporting into EMEA Professional Services, with responsibilities for managing and delivering a number of Fraud, AML and SURVEIL-X implementations. Ross has also been instrumental in creating, developing and positioning the Managed Services offering and ensuring that the necessary processes and materials are in place to extend this globally as part of the X-ccelerate team.
